ON THE EYES: Bright yellow with hints of gold.
ON THE NOSE: At first, fresh, delicate & saline. Juicy candied apricots and toasted notes lead to a complex bouquet of figs, dried fruits, honey, truffle & mocha, alongside soft vanilla & nutmeg.
ON THE PALATE: This well-structured vintage has a lively, yet balanced palate. Hints of sweet mirabelle plum tart mingle with candied citrus and roasted pears, before a refreshingly nutty finish.
